MY HYGIENE!! YOUR HYGIENE
According to Science, Hygiene can be seen as “the science that deals with the promotion and preservation of our general well-being (health).
The conditions and practices that serve to promote or preserve health, as those followed for personal hygiene.
It’s a general thing for one to take care of his/her self wherever we may be or find ourselves,,,, the government can’t do that for us always, our parents can’t always do that for us..
They are two sets of hygiene I think we should all know,,, that’s to say,, there are the most important,,
1.. PERSONAL HYGIENE: this simply implies those things you do for yourself in other to stay healthy,fit and happy,,things you don’t wait for someone pushing/forcing you to do,,like… Bathing regularly with clean water,, Drinking clean and gem free water, Brushing your teeth, Washing your hands, keeping your nails clean/cutting your nails, eating healthily, taking care of yourself even when you are sick, Washing and cleaning your personal stuff,things you can’t stay a day without doing,,,I will encourage all of us to try an make time for our personal lives,,,
