Hi, i am Love Kevin your Healthcare Assistant,,,How are you and happy weekend to you,,, today I will be talking about STRESS,, Meaning, Causes, Symptoms,and Tips/Remedies of STRESS…

DEFINITION: Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or difficulty that causes worry or emotional tension..Stress is a normal reaction that happens to everyone in life but the ability to manage it differ/dissent from each other, the way I manage my stress is totally different from the way you manage yours, Although we can’t escape from stress, since it’s part of our lives, it’s also important to not let it become a serious health problem…


They’re two forms of stress that we are going to be discussing today,, Acute stress and Chronic stress,, Experiencing Acute stress once will not cause serious problem,but when stress graduates from being ACUTE to CHRONIC stress,it can be detrimental to one’s health,,Often times individuals with chronic stress try to manage the condition/situation with activities like,,, Smoking, Drinking alcohol,Drug abuse, Gambling etc,, it’s always like,you are adding to the problem, Because the Stressed person here or stressor is at the risk of having Heart attack,High blood pressure, fertility problem, Headaches,High glucose/sugar level etc..

They’re healthy tips/activities that will/can help a stressor manage his/her stress,,and that depends on if the stressor wants to manage his/her stress and live a healthier and happier life,,,,in my next post,I will be discussing ways to manage stress,,and Tips on Dealing with Fatigue too,,thanks,, Happy weekend
