This can be seen as a temporary lose of strength and energy resulting from physical or mental work and Lack of motivation, it’s a  normal response to physical activities, emotional,stress,Sleep disorder..

-Rotate jobs
-Stick to a healthy eating habits
-Drink enough fluid daily
-take breaks regularly
-Early to bed
-Get as much fresh air as you can
